RETURNING PRODUCTS
If you are not satisfied with the quality of the product for whatever reason, kindly write to us at care@olieindia.com along with your order number and photographs of the product(s) you are not satisfied with, with the reasons for the same.
This will enable our team to investigate what went wrong and get back to you. Please note, we do not accept return of products. In case of a verified quality concern, we will provide you with a fresh pack of tea.
CANCELLATION
Since, the product features in the Food and Beverage Category, we will not be accepting any cancellation of orders after your order is confirmed.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
The delivery will be done through our fulfillment partners who have a dedicated team of delivery personnel and a fleet of vehicles operating across the city which ensures timely and accurate delivery to our customers.
It is our endeavor to deliver the freshest tea to your doorsteps. Hence, we will ship your order within 72 hours after confirmation of your order.
To ensure that your order is delivered to you in a safe and secure way, we work with some of the best courier services in the country. Hence, we charge our buyers a small shipping fee to ensure the best possible services. The exact shipping fee will be added to your cart value before you make the payment.
